Enhanced Rider Schemeers-registered-logo
The DSA Enhanced Rider Scheme checks your motorcycle riding skills and provides training to help you improve. There is no test. You’ll first have a riding assessment in different road and traffic conditions. The ride will be long enough for me to make a good assessment of your skills. For most people this is 1 to 2 hours. If this shows you don’t need more training you’ll get a ‘DSA certificate of competence’ straight away. Otherwise, you’ll get personalised training to improve your skills in the particular areas that you need development and get the certificate at the end of your training. The DSA certificate of competence gives you discounts with most motorcycle insurers.

RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Riding Instruction

logo-a
Once you have passed the RoSPA Advanced Test at Gold or Silver, you can gain entry onto the RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Riding Instruction Course. RoSPA’s National Diploma allows instructors to reach their full potential.
As I no longer teach for RoSPA at Diploma level, I would only be able to offer tuition in Diploma preparation. I am however, still a Diploma and Advanced Test Examiner.
